Do what we generally did with the Lord Protector's last question thread like this: answer the question, ignore the poster.
We have 4 new players that have made real differences this year.
Payet, Ogbonna, Lanzini and Antonio.
That is not a huge turnover to be honest which means he has got players that were playing, playing better in most cases. The direct contrast is to last half of the season last year. That flatters slightly because the manager and many of the players seem like they were just waiting for it to end.
But overwhelming, the table does not lie, including points totals and goal difference.
Don't agree will a few things he does but what do I know. Other than he has changed the spirit, first and foremost.

We are starting to see the results of having a smart leader (IQ 145) with a big heart. You can see it in players' faces; most play with pride.
